The HQ-LUGC plug-in vortex flowmeter is mainly used for measuring large-diameter industrial pipelines. Its biggest advantage is its excellent anti vibration performance, no zero drift, and high reliability. Through extensive waveform and frequency analysis of the plug-in vortex flowmeter over a long period of time, the optimal probe shape, wall thickness, height, probe rod diameter, and matching piezoelectric crystal were designed. Advanced CNC lathes were used for processing to ensure the technical parameters of coaxiality and smoothness. Combined with special processing techniques, the common problem of the inherent self oscillation frequency of the vortex flowmeter affecting the signal was maximally overcome.
