Overview of HQ-BS Target Intelligent Flow Meter
The HQ-BS target intelligent flowmeter adopts the latest capacitive force sensor as the measuring and sensitive transmission element, and applies the latest digital technology and microelectronics technology. It is an intelligent flowmeter suitable for measuring fluids and gases with high viscosity, low Reynolds number, and containing small particles. The use of capacitive force sensors is the key to achieving high precision and stability in this product. Target based intelligent flow meters not only have the characteristics of traditional orifice plates, vortex street flow meters, and other flow meters without movable parts, but also have measurement accuracy comparable to volumetric flow meters. In addition to their unique anti dry and anti impurity performance, they can replace conventional flow meters and conventional fluid flow measurement, especially in flow measurement conditions such as high viscosity, easy blockage, high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion. Currently, they have been widely used in flow measurement in various fields such as steel, oil, natural gas, electricity, papermaking, energy, food, and environmental protection.

Characteristics of HQ-BS Target Intelligent Flow Meter Product
1. No movable parts, reduced sealing surface, greatly reducing leakage rate, convenient for installation and daily maintenance;
2. Wide measurement range, the largest measurement range can reach 20:1 (liquid) or 10:1 (gas);
3. Accurate measurement and high precision, flange type can reach 0.2% (liquid) or 0.5% (gas);
4. Extremely high sensitivity, capable of measuring ultra-low flow rates, capable of measuring low flow rates of 0.08m/s, and electromagnetic flow meters of 0.5m/s;
5. Good repeatability, generally ranging from 0.05% to 0.08%, with optional small signal removal, non-linear correction, and selectable filtering time;
6. The pressure loss is small, and the small diameter is only about 1/2 △ P of the standard orifice plate; The pressure loss of DN100 caliber and above has significantly decreased;
7. Calibration is convenient. In addition to using standard equipment for calibration, dry calibration methods can also be used, such as the weight hanging method, which can be completed with a single button operation;
8. The flow range can be changed by replacing the blocking components according to actual needs, and the online detachable insertion structure can achieve non-stop production, continuous flow maintenance or replacement;
9. Low power battery on-site display, capable of online direct reading of indication values. The display screen can simultaneously read instantaneous flow cumulative flow and percentage bar chart, and can switch to display compensation temperature and compensation pressure indication values;
10. Strong anti-interference and anti impurity capabilities, multiple output forms, able to transmit various parameters remotely, and can be used without mixing heat

Selection precautions
HQ-BS target intelligent flowmeter is suitable for measuring various occasions and media. To ensure satisfactory results, it is recommended to pay attention to the following items when selecting,
1) Determine the required normal traffic and determine the maximum traffic based on 1.2-1.5 times the normal traffic;
2) Specify the standards and sealing forms for connecting flanges, especially for special installation requirements, which should be clearly stated;
3) When placing an order, the user should specify the name of the tested fluid and provide the working density of the medium;
Note:
1) The specifications of the flowmeter connection flange comply with the national standards JB/T79.1-94 and JB/T79.2-94, including the pre phase technical parameters, technical conditions, and types, and the material is stainless steel. Other connection flange standards can also be provided according to user requirements;
2) When selecting high-temperature flow meters, in addition to filling in the model description format, the maximum operating temperature of the measured medium should be specifically indicated;
3) For flow meters with temperature or pressure compensation, in addition to filling in the model description format, the temperature or pressure compensation range should be specifically specified;
4) Users need special measurement tube materials and lining materials, which should be explained;
5) If the user has special needs, the on-site display header can also be installed separately, but the length of the connecting cable needs to be indicated;
