This instrument is a coal rotary mud test equipment produced by our company for coal preparation plants. This product has a compact structure, accurate counting, variable frequency control, easy maintenance, and energy-saving sealing design. The test meets the requirements of GB/T26918-2001 and is the rotary mud test device selected by the coal preparation plant. It can be widely used in enterprises and research institutions such as coal preparation, coking, metallurgy, power, coal, scientific research, and commercial inspection.

Experimental Procedure

1. Place one prepared sample in the rotary drum, then add three times the mass of the sample to the production water (or water of similar quality to the production water), and weigh to 0.05 kg.

2. Cover the rotary drum cup tightly and flip it for 15 minutes. After flipping, sieve the materials inside the drum using test sieves with aperture sizes of 3 mm, 0.500 mm, and 0.045 mm in sequence. During screening, rinse the sieve with water to ensure proper screening. Collect the coal slurry water under each screening to prevent loss. After screening, three products with a diameter of>3mm, 3 mm~0.500 mm, and 0.500 mm~0.045mm, as well as coal slurry water, can be obtained. The coal slurry water is vacuum filtered, and the filter cake is<0.045>0.045>

Repeat the above steps for the other three samples with flipping times of 25 min, 35 min, and 45 min.

During the experiment, observe and record the settling speed of coal slurry water and the difficulty of fine mud sieving. Pay attention to observing and recording other phenomena in the sample and test process, such as whether there are easily weathered and fragmented coal blocks or gangue in the sample.

5. Dry the screened products and let them air dry. Weigh them accurately to 0.005 kg. The product sieved by 0.500mm is secondary coal slurry, and the yield of each product is calculated (in air dried state). Measure 0.500 mm to 0.045 mm and<0.045=''>0.045>
