The Gejin low-temperature dry distillation furnace for coal is an upgraded product of our factory based on the original foundation. This product is mainly used in coal mine laboratories, coal coking industry, and related teaching and research, quality supervision and other units to detect and analyze physical and chemical indicators such as tar yield, semi coke yield, and dry distillation water yield of lignite and bituminous coal.

Performance characteristics of HNGJ-4 Gejin low-temperature dry distillation tester:
The Gejin low-temperature dry distillation test is a comprehensive test with multiple indicators, including the determination of coking index coke type, as well as the determination of semi coke yield, tar yield, and total water yield of dry distillation products. According to GB/T1341 "Test Method for Low Temperature Dry Distillation of Coal", the basic principle of the low temperature dry distillation test is to place the coal sample in a glass dry distillation tube, send it into a dry distillation furnace pre heated to 300 ℃, isolate it from air heating at a heating rate of 5 ℃/min, dry distillation temperature of 300-600 ℃, and hold it for 15 minutes, measure the yield of semi coke, tar, and total water, and compare the semi coke with the coke type in the standard to determine its coke type.
