This instrument is a multi-element analyzer capable of measuring sulfur, which combines the functions and characteristics of three instruments: calcium iron analyzer, silicon aluminum analyzer, and sulfur analyzer; It can undertake the majority of analysis work in cement enterprise laboratories.
1、 Main purpose
The HN-6000 X fluorescence multi-element analyzer is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, and power. Used in cement plants, mainly to measure the percentage content of calcium, iron, silicon, aluminum, sulfur and other materials such as raw materials, cement, clinker, raw materials, gypsum, etc; Can be connected to the rate value batching system for automatic control, making it easy to adjust the raw material ratio in a timely manner; Detecting CaO% in cement, predicting cement strength, can produce qualified cement of a certain grade for cement enterprises, without using too much clinker or mixing materials, and can create considerable economic benefits for cement enterprises every year; By quickly measuring SO3% in cement, cement companies can adjust the proportion of gypsum in cement in real time, ensuring that the SO3% in the factory cement does not exceed the standard.
It can also be used for quantitative analysis of calcium, iron, silicon, aluminum, and sulfur in materials such as kaolin, bauxite, limestone, iron ore, and fly ash.
2、 Main features
1. The analysis range reaches 15% (target value+7.5%) width, breaking the instrument's measurement range of only 5% to 7% (target value+2.5%) for many years.
2. The analysis time is short, and CaO%, Fe2O3%, SiO2%, Al2O3%, and SO3% can be accurately measured in just 90 seconds.
3. For many years, the instrument has used a detection system to illuminate the sample structure upwards (with the sample being tested above the detector), which can easily cause sample powder to fall onto the instrument detector during use, thereby affecting the accuracy of the instrument. Some manufacturers' samples are prone to cracking during compression, and during the testing process, the samples fall off in chunks, damaging expensive detectors and rendering the instruments unusable. The detection system of this instrument adopts a downward illuminated sample structure (the sample to be tested is located below the detector), which avoids unnecessary losses to users due to the design of the instrument structure.
4. No need for any chemical reagents, no discharge of three wastes, no radioactive sources, low power consumption, in line with energy-saving requirements.
5. The data storage capacity is large, and the content results and instrument self-test data can be queried, avoiding the need for printing consumables.
