HM2000 portable water quality heavy metal analyzer

In response to the severe situation of heavy metal pollution in China and the needs of national policies and plans, Traceo2O company in the UK has designed and produced a new portable heavy metal analyzer - Metalyser HM2000. The portable analyzer HM2000 has the advantages of simple operation, rapid detection, and easy portability. This instrument is entirely designed and produced by Trace2O in the UK.

The HM2000 instrument consists of two different detectors, Metalyser and Metalometer. The former is an electrochemical analyzer based on anodic stripping voltammetry, while the latter is a colorimeter based on photometry. Metallyser, For samples mainly composed of relatively clean water bodies such as lightly polluted surface water, groundwater, or tap water. Metalometer is designed for water samples with severe pollution. Therefore, as a fully functional portable heavy metal detector, HM2000 combines two different principle detectors together, which has the advantages of analyzing a wider range of water sample types, a wider range, and high detection sensitivity.

Detection probe

Design a unique probe that utilizes an electrode system similar to a three electrode system, consisting of a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode. We will also design the mixer, temperature probe, and two other working electrode vacancies on the probe. This enables the detection of multiple heavy metals using a simple probe, without the need to connect to a computer to obtain accurate results. The detector will automatically select different electrodes for analysis based on the different metals being detected.
