In response to the severe situation of heavy metal pollution in China and the needs of national policies and plans, Traceo2O company in the UK has designed and produced a new portable heavy metal analyzer - Metalyser HM1000. The portable analyzer HM1000 has the advantages of simple operation, rapid and accurate detection, and easy portability. On the technical level of chemical analysis, on-site detection and analysis of heavy metals in water bodies has always been a challenge. Trace2O has invested a significant amount of manpower and resources, and after more than three years of research and testing, has finally combined the anodic dissolution method with a uniquely designed detection probe to achieve on-site detection of heavy metals, providing a powerful tool for heavy metal analysis in the field of analysis. Detection probe
Design a unique probe that utilizes an electrode system similar to a three electrode system, consisting of a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode. We will also design the mixer, temperature probe, and two other working electrode vacancies on the probe. This enables the detection of multiple heavy metals using a simple probe, without the need to connect to a computer to obtain accurate results. The detector will automatically select different electrodes for analysis based on the different metals being detected.
