♦ Scope of Application
The HK-SEPRI-Q type overhead dehumidification device can also be referred to as a busbar room dehumidifier or overhead dehumidifier. An external dehumidifier, suitable for power equipment with compact spatial layout such as bus trays, high and low voltage switchgear, etc. that require external automatic dehumidification and anti condensation.

The HK-SEPRI-Q top mounted dehumidification device is a product specially developed for dehumidification of electrical equipment and prevention of condensation. This device is installed on the top of the electrical equipment to replace the air inside the cabinet. By creating condensation conditions locally, the humid air condenses into water and is isolated and atomized before being discharged outside the cabinet. The dried air is then injected back into the cabinet, while creating a slight positive pressure inside the cabinet to reduce the humidity of the air inside the cabinet and suppress the entry of humid air from the outside. It has a significant effect on preventing problems such as aging of equipment inside the cabinet due to moisture and condensation, decreased insulation strength, secondary terminal breakdown, material mold, and corrosion of steel structural components.

1. According to the principles of moisture-proof and dehumidification location of on-site electrical equipment and convenient maintenance, the device can be installed externally on the top of the cabinet.
2. Before installation, determine the product installation location, power supply layout, relative airtightness of the cabinet, and on-site construction requirements.
3. The installation height space of the device should be greater than 290mm to ensure smooth air flow.
4. External installation of the device. Ensure that the device is level and not tilted during installation.
5. After the device is powered on, it starts self checking and switches to "automatic mode" after 3 minutes. The display window shows the current ambient temperature and humidity.

1. Regularly check whether the usage space of the device is relatively enclosed, reduce the entry of humid external air into the cabinet, and avoid reducing the dehumidification effect.
2. Regularly clean the air inlet and outlet every quarter to prevent blockage and avoid affecting the dehumidification effect.
3. The power terminal wiring should be tightened every six months.
4. Clean the dust inside the cabinet once every quarter.
5. After one year of operation, clean the internal scale of the electronic atomizer or replace it as a complete set (taking into account the on-site pollution and salt spray situation).
