    The gas chromatography method is used to determine the component content of dissolved gases in insulating oil. It is an effective means for power generation and supply enterprises to determine whether there are latent overheating, discharge and other faults in oil filled electrical equipment during operation, in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the power grid. It is also a necessary means for oil filled electrical equipment manufacturers to conduct factory inspections of their equipment. The HF-901D power transformer oil specific chromatograph adopts the three detector process recommended by the national standard, and can complete the full analysis of dissolved gases (including H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, CO, and CO2) in insulation oil with one injection.

The instrument is equipped with a highly sensitive thermal conductivity detector, hydrogen flame ionization detector, and nickel catalyst converter, which can achieve the determination of all seven gas components dissolved in transformer oil: H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, CO, and CO2. Its performance meets the requirements of the corresponding national standards for gas chromatography.
