This product is mainly developed based on GB/T4000-2008<Test Methods for Reactivity and Post Reaction Strength of Coke>>and with reference to GB1997-89<Sampling and Preparation of Coke Samples>>and GB/T2006-94<Determination Methods for Mechanical Strength of Metallurgical Coke>>, while integrating rich on-site application experience accumulated in the industry for a long time.

Main features of coke reactivity tester
1. Real time display of gas flow rate, using full hardware closed-loop PID control to ensure high reliability and stability; 2. The temperature control adopts pure hysteresis fuzzy PID algorithm, which has the advantage of temperature control and ensures constant temperature during heating; 3. Fully automatic process control enables the sample to be loaded into the furnace until heating is completed and cooling reaches a highly automated level of controllability;
4. The protective silicon carbide inner furnace tube ensures that the heat generated in the circumferential direction of the silicon carbide rod is evenly distributed to the inner furnace tube to achieve uniform heating and thermal efficiency;
5. Composed of 12 silicon carbide rods, the fence heating method is combined with furnace tubes to form a constant temperature zone in the vertical and horizontal directions inside the furnace. At the same time, due to the structure of the 12 rods, the power load of each rod is very light, greatly increasing the service life of the silicon carbide rods!
6. This ensures that other precision instruments in the user's power grid are not affected by interference, and avoids a series of drawbacks such as local power grid load imbalance caused by traditional single-phase power supply methods or long-term heating and burning of wiring terminals and wires, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
7. Real time digital display of three-phase voltage and current for silicon carbide rod load;
8. The gas control adopts a direct acting electromagnetic globe valve, and the flow rate adopts a high-precision thermal mass flowmeter;
9. The outer shell of the furnace body is made of matte stainless steel, and the internal insulation layer is made of multi-layer ceramic fiber material. There is no harmful gas volatilization at high temperatures, which is an advantage that ordinary high aluminum insulation materials cannot compare with;
10. Optimized furnace shell structure makes maintenance or replacement of spare parts easy and flexible in situations; 11. It has functions such as over temperature protection, self judgment of thermal element damage, insufficient gas flow, and sound prompts; 12. All operations can be controlled by computer software and have the function of pure hardware independent manual operation; 13. The chassis is meticulously crafted from alloy materials and undergoes various processes such as wire drawing, oxidation, and passivation treatment;
