Overview

The instruction signal of the PSV61/250 series proportional multi way valve from Germany's HAWE is amplified by a proportional amplifier, and the proportional current is output to the proportional solenoid of the proportional valve. The working principle of a multi way valve: Its working valve plates are generally configured in groups, and the inlet valve block is equipped with an overflow valve with three-way pressure compensation bypass function (the overflow valve is a logic element, when the multi way valve stops working and all valves are in the neutral position, the valve will bypass the main oil circuit with a specific compensation pressure). When the working conditions change, the bypass overflow valve will reduce the bypass flow under the load pressure, and provide the required flow according to the load pressure.

The function of a multi way valve is to regulate the flow rate, direction, etc. passing through the valve.

Multi way valve: It is a combination valve mainly composed of two or more directional valves, used for longitudinal movement of multiple actuating components. It can combine safety valves, overload valves, oil replenishment valves, diversion valves, brake valves, check valves, etc. according to the requirements of different hydraulic systems. Multi way valves have the advantages of compact structure, low pressure loss, low resistance to slide valve movement, multi position function, long service life, and simple manufacturing. It can be a simple load sensitive manual multi way valve, or an electrically controlled proportional control valve with non saturation function that is independent of load and pump flow. Currently, most hydraulic engineers in China focus on application design for multi way valves, and there is still room for improvement in the system design and research and development of the valve itself.

Usually, the working valve plates are configured in groups, and the inlet valve block is equipped with a three-way pressure compensation bypass overflow valve and logic component. When the multi way valve stops operating and all valves are in the neutral position, the valve compensates for the pressure bypass of the main oil flow. When a certain valve is working, the bypass port of the valve decreases under the action of load pressure, and the required flow is provided according to the load pressure.
