Suspend the three specimens dried to a constant weight facing downwards on the supports of the three test stands of the moisture deflection tester, with the center distance of the supports being the length of the specimen minus20mm, Place the test piece in the deflection test chamber at a temperature of (32 ± 2) ℃ and a relative humidity of (90 ± 3)% for 48 hours. Use a dedicated measuring ruler to measure the sag of the middle part of the test piece on each test stand before and after moisture exposure, and record the increase in sag after moisture exposure, which is the moisture tolerance of the test piece.
Record the average moisture deflection of three specimens and record the maximum value, accurate to1mm。
