Gutekunst offers compression springs in various sizes, made of standard ordinary steel and 1.4310 stainless steel.

The compression spring is made of cylindrical circular spring steel wire, with constant pitch and linear spring characteristics, in compliance with DIN EN 15800 standard, and has a quality level of 2 (medium tolerance range).

The compression spring is made of standard steel (non rust proof material, maximum temperature 80 ° C), and the wire thickness (d) is 0.2 to 12.0 millimeters.

Made of 1.4310 stainless steel compression spring (rust proof, maximum temperature resistance of 200 degrees Celsius), with a spring wire diameter (d) of 0.2 to 10.0 millimeters.

Ordinary steel compression springs will be lightly coated with oil after heat treatment. Stainless steel compression springs do not require further treatment after heat treatment. Compression springs can also provide additional surface treatment services.

The standard winding direction for compression springs is right-hand (clockwise). Compression springs with wire diameter (d) less than 0.5 millimeters, with the end coil in a "closed" state. Compression springs with a wire diameter (d) greater than 0.5 millimeters, with the end coil in a "closed and ground" state. Compression springs with set performance have undergone pre setting, heat treatment, and relaxation treatment.
