Technovit 2000 LC is an easy-to-use single component resin. Blue light curing using Technotary POWER UV curing machine. This product is suitable for preparing precision, temperature sensitive materials and micro parts.

This liquid can achieve highly transparent inlay. Curing (time: 2x10 minutes) was carried out using a semi transparent PE mold in a Technotay POWER photopolymerization machine at a temperature of 90 ℃.

By multiple short-term curing or using special irradiation procedures, the curing temperature can be further reduced (about 50 ℃). The material reaches its final hardness after cooling to room temperature, and then the sample can be mechanically processed.

Technovit 2000 LC retention adhesive

Light cured Technovit 2000LC adhesive is used to fix samples. It can be modeled like clay and ground and polished after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the retaining adhesive is also very suitable for edge protection.

With the help of Technovit blue light flashlight, excellent positioning assistance is also applicable to all other inlay series.

Technovit 2000 LC coated varnish

The coating varnish is used to prevent the appearance of a dispersed layer on the back of the sample, thereby forming a crystal clear, hard and dry surface after curing is completed. When half cured, apply it to the embedded mold. Sample labels can also be firmly attached in this way.
