④ The core of the electromagnetic reversing valve in the overflow valve is severely worn, and internal leakage is exacerbated;

⑤ Main valve malfunction.

For the fault caused by the first reason, the main mechanism is the aging, softening, deformation or fracture of the pilot reading spring of the relief valve. When the pressure is low (20MPa, not reaching the rated pressure), the force acting on the pilot valve cone valve core overcomes the spring force, opens the cone valve core, and thus opens the main valve core to a certain degree to achieve relief, so the pressure cannot rise.

Solution: Disassemble and inspect, replace with a suitable pressure regulating spring.

For the fault caused by the second reason, the main mechanism is that the oil port of the electromagnetic reversing valve in overflow valve 2 is connected to the remote control port of the overflow width. When the electromagnetic reversing valve is powered on, if it cannot be reversed properly, the small opening of the valve port will cause the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve to be too low, and the main valve core will be subjected to a low pressure (20MPa). Without the pilot valve opening, the main valve core opens, resulting in the pressure cannot be adjusted to the rated pressure.

Solution: Disassemble and inspect, clean, and grind the electromagnetic reading core.

For the fault caused by the third reason, the main mechanism is that the sealing surface of the pilot valve cone reading cannot be tightly sealed due to wear to system damage, resulting in poor sealing between the pilot valves; Or the sealing surface of the pilot valve may be contaminated, causing the sealing surface of the valve port to be unable to close (its valve opening is very small, usually only 0.03-0.06mm, once contaminated, it may cause the cone to not close, resulting in the overflow width not being adjusted to the rated pressure).

Solution: One method is to disassemble and inspect, repair and grind the sealing surface of the cone valve core. If the damage is severe, new qualified parts should be replaced; Another method is to disassemble, clean, and inspect the degree of contamination of the hydraulic oil, and filter or replace the oil according to the situation.

For the fault caused by the fourth reason, the main mechanism is the leakage inside the reversing width of the overflow valve, which causes some oil to flow back to the oil tank from the remote control port of the overflow valve. So, when the oil pressure in the control chamber of the overflow width cannot reach the pressure value (rated pressure) required to push the pilot width, the main valve port opens for overflow, causing the overflow valve to start overflowing at a pressure lower than the set pressure of the pilot width, so the pressure cannot increase.

Solution: Disassemble and inspect, clean hydraulic components and systems, eliminate factors that cause abnormal wear of hydraulic components, and then replace with new directional switches.

For the fault caused by the ⑤ reason, the main mechanism is that after the main valve core has a certain degree of opening, it cannot be reset due to burrs and pollutants getting stuck. If it is a three-stage coaxial overflow width, due to the assembly of different shafts, the valve core cannot be reset, and the main valve core is always in a certain overflow state, and the pressure cannot continue to rise to reach the rated pressure.
