4、 Installation and use

(1) Installation

1) Inspect for integrity after unpacking;

2) Clean thoroughly;

3) Connect the machine tool coolant outlet to the oil tank return port with an inner diameter steel wire corrugated pipe;

4) Connect the inlet of the machine tool coolant to the outlet of the oil tank supply pump using a high-pressure oil pipe;

5) Connect the inlet of the air filter to the high-pressure air pipe of the air compressor;

6) Connect the main power line to the workshop's power grid;

7) Connect the oil cooler to the oil tank;

9) Add enough lubricating oil to the oil cup of the air filter and adjust the flow rate accordingly;

10) Turn on the air compressor, ventilate the air filter, adjust the pressure of the air filter to the normal opening pressure of the solenoid valve, manually open each solenoid valve, and check whether each corner seat valve and blowing one-way valve can be opened; (See the air filter user manual for details)

11) Turn on the power, start the machine tool, turn on the machine tool coolant switch, and check if the coolant sprays out normally, then the installation is successful.

12) Turn off power, machine tools, air compressors, etc.

(2) Use

1) Start the machine tool, turn on the air compressor, and ventilate the air filter;

2) Once there is a certain level of air pressure, start the main power supply of the filtration system and the system will start working. There is no need to worry about it anymore;

3) When the operator operates the machine tool to process parts, turn on the machine tool coolant switch;

4) If encountering high temperature weather, you can turn on the oil cooler to cool down the oil;

5) After use, turn off the power first, and then turn off the air compressor.

fivemaintenance

1) Regularly check whether all solenoid valves, angle seat valves, oil pumps, and oil coolers are normal, and repair any problems in a timely manner;

2) Regularly check the lubricating oil level of the air filter and add oil if it is insufficient;

3) Avoid dust and impurities from entering the fuel tank to prevent the grinding oil from deteriorating.

sixPrecautions

1) The correct selection of cutting oil is the key to ensuring the normal, efficient and long-term operation of equipment. Any unqualified oil will directly affect the service life and filtration effect of the equipment!

2) Absolutely guarantee not to use water containing oil products!

3) Please make sure not to operate under conditions of insufficient high-pressure air supply, no air pressure, or low liquid level, as this can seriously affect the filtration pump and even cause unexpected losses!
