Zirconia beads are made from micrometer and sub nanometer sized zirconia and yttrium oxide as raw materials, used for ultrafine grinding and dispersion of materials that require "zero pollution" and high viscosity and hardness
Zirconia beads (referred to as "TZP" zirconia beads) are first made from micrometer and sub nanometer level raw materials using high-tech processes, with various technical indicators and performance meeting customer demand levels. Mainly used for ultrafine grinding and dispersion of materials that require "zero pollution" and high viscosity and hardness, such as electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, zirconia, silica, zirconium silicate, titanium dioxide, pharmaceutical and food, pigments, dyes, inks, and specialty chemical industries.

Made by titration molding in electrolyte and high-temperature sintering phase determination process. The beads are composed of dense zirconium silicate particles with low wear rate. Suitable for grinding medium and low viscosity slurries, it is a practical and economical grinding medium
L80 cerium stabilized zirconia beads

Made by using cerium oxide as a stabilizing agent, titration molding, and calcination phase fixation process. The microstructure of beads is delicate and has a high density, making them suitable for dispersing and grinding high solid and difficult to disperse materials.
