This device is a precision distillation equipment that integrates intermittent/continuous dual-mode operation in laboratories, small-scale experiments, and pilot tests. It is suitable for small-scale/pilot research and development, material purification and refining in fields such as new energy, semiconductors, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, forestry, and chemical engineering. It is also a core equipment for scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities, meeting the purification needs of multiple scenarios with high precision and stability.
Main material: Made of high borosilicate 3.3 glass, resistant to high temperature and corrosion, with strong visualization. Key connection parts can be selected with standard mouth (fixed with standard mouth clamp, easy disassembly and assembly) or ball mouth flange (sealed with PTFE gasket, excellent sealing performance).
Core components: including raw material tank, distillation tower (electric heating and insulation design), integrated belly wall distillation head, external jacket snake shaped dual condenser, vacuum sampler, cold trap, vacuum buffer tank, tower kettle (stainless steel temperature controlled electric heating jacket), receiving tank and PLC control system, equipped with imported temperature/pressure sensors.
Packing selection: Various loose/regular packing materials such as θ ring, glass spring, Bauer ring, and regular packing can be selected to meet the separation needs of different systems.
1. Continuous distillation mode (suitable for large-scale, continuous purification)
·Process: The raw material tank is quantitatively fed into the distillation tower through the feed pump, and the raw material liquid and reflux liquid are vaporized in the reboiler of the tower kettle in contact with the packing layer to produce rising steam. The condensed part of the condenser at the top of the tower is refluxed (electromagnetic reflux ratio/forced reflux dual mode optional). After passing the qualification, it is extracted by the extraction pump, and the heavy components are continuously discharged from the bottom of the tower.
·Advantages: PLC remote control, real-time adjustment of reflux ratio (time/proportional automatic control), temperature, and pressure, automatic data collection and storage, support for historical curve query, and achieve long-term stable operation.
2. Intermittent distillation mode (suitable for small batch and multi batch sample processing)
·Process: Directly add raw materials to the tower kettle, start the heating and stirring system, vaporize the steam and rise through the packing layer, separate and condense it, and then collect the fractions in sections by adjusting the reflux/extraction ratio through the reflux ratio controller. After the experiment is completed, discharge the residual liquid from the tower kettle.
·Advantages: Simplified operation, no need for continuous feeding, suitable for refining small amounts of samples, temperature and pressure control accuracy consistent with continuous mode, easy switching.
Accurate and controllable: The temperature of the tower kettle is between room temperature and 350 ℃, the condensation temperature at the top of the tower is between -25 ℃ and room temperature, and the system pressure is between 100Pa and 101KPa (pressure reduction/normal pressure optional), with small pressure fluctuations and high separation purity.
Automated and efficient: The PLC integrated control system supports automatic adjustment and real-time monitoring, and the reflux ratio controller (electromagnetic, pneumatic) has a low failure rate for continuous operation for more than 3 months.
Safe and reliable: equipped with multi-level protection system, cold trap (to prevent low boiling point substances from entering the vacuum pump), vacuum buffer tank, to eliminate pressure risks and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
Flexible adaptation: The tower diameter (20mm~100mm) and tower height (500mm~1300mm) can be customized, and the feed/discharge pumps, chiller units, etc. support domestic/imported options, with a processing capacity of 25mL~200mL/min.
