Overview
The high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the German WIGGENS ultrasonic cleaning machine is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation through a transducer, which spreads in the cleaning solution, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone formed during the ultrasonic propagation process, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. This process can generate an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, which is continuous and called the "cavitation effect". Like a series of explosions, constantly impacting the surface and crevices of objects to achieve the effect of cleaning.
