BC5-S18-AP4X-0.5M-RS4T is a Turck S18 cylindrical capacitive proximity sensor, belonging to the BC standard series. It uses a plastic threaded housing with a sensing distance of 5mm and supports non-contact detection of non-metallic, liquid, powder, plastic, and metallic materials. It is widely used in industrial material level, liquid level, material presence, and packaging in place detection scenarios. The electrical system uses a DC three wire PNP normally open output, with a built-in sensitivity adjustable potentiometer and short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The working voltage is 10-65VDC, and the maximum load current is 200mA. The protection level is IP67, and the working temperature is -25 ℃~+70 ℃, suitable for harsh working conditions such as dust and humidity.

The body comes with a 0.5m fixed cable, and the end is equipped with an M12 4-pin straight insertion connector, making wiring and installation convenient; Equipped with power supply and output status LED indicator lights, the working status is intuitively visible. Sensors rely on the principle of capacitive induction, with strong stability, high repeatability, and good anti-interference performance.
