3、 Structure and working principle:
The ZJ20K series heater consists of a dry self cooling power frequency induction heating device (hereinafter referred to as the host) and control equipment.
1. The short-circuit heating host is a transformer with a special structure, and the movable yoke is used to directly pass through bearings or other heated workpieces. When working, the host power is turned on, and a short-circuit current is induced in the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) and heated.
2. Eddy current heating forms a closed magnetic circuit between the heated workpiece and the iron core of the host. During operation, eddy currents are generated in the workpiece through the magnetic field lines of the host and quickly heated.
4、 Installation and debugging:
1. Install the control box and host separately in appropriate locations. The left and right directions of the host should be horizontal, and the front and rear vertical directions are allowed to tilt backwards by no more than 3 degrees.
2. After installation, it is necessary to double check the wiring according to the electrical schematic diagram before use to ensure that there are no errors.
3. After being correct, close the switch and turn on the power. At this time, the voltmeter should indicate.
4. The heated workpiece is placed under the movable yoke in the middle of the host iron core, and gently moved downwards to match the workpiece (if the thickness and size of the workpiece remain unchanged, the positioning screw under the rear lever bridge of the host can be adjusted to maintain a distance of 2mm between the yoke and the workpiece for continuous operation). At this point, debugging is complete and it can be put into use.
5、 Operating procedure:
1. For the first heating cycle, set the temperature first, place the temperature control sensor on the inner ring, press the start button, and the workpiece will be heated. After reaching the temperature, the heater will automatically shut down and record the time required to heat to the set temperature.
2. Immediately remove the workpiece for assembly.
3. Continuously heat workpieces of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power when the workpiece is heated to the set time.
4. After completing the work, turn the power switch to the stop position and cut off the power.
6、 Attention:
The grounding of the shell must be good!
Before placing the ZJ20K gear heater on the workpiece, it is strictly prohibited to press the start button.
The control power supply of this series of products is AC380V, and the wiring of the socket and plug should be consistent.
The heating temperature of the bearing should not exceed 120 ℃ to prevent annealing; The high heating temperature rise of other workpieces shall not exceed 300 ℃.
