Test principle

The penetrating column is filled with granular adsorbent, which is stacked into a bed with a certain height. The bed is stationary, and the mixed gas flows in through the inlet of the adsorber, is adsorbed by the adsorbent, and then flows out from the outlet. By measuring the concentration of each component in the outlet gas over time, which is the penetrating curve, the penetrating time of components other than the carrier gas and the selective adsorption capacity of the adsorbent on each component of the mixed gas can be determined.

◆ Use the adsorption breakthrough curve analyzer with a built-in thermal conductivity detector to measure the adsorption breakthrough curves of two-component systems under different experimental conditions: different adsorbents, different temperatures, and different pressures,
