Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Widely used in various gas metering industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and coal.

Working Principle:
gasPrecession vortex flowmeterThe flow profile of the flow sensor is similar to the profile of a Venturi tube (Figure 2). Place a set of spiral guide vanes on the inlet side, which force the fluid to generate intense vortex flow when it enters the flow sensor. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow begins to undergo secondary rotation under the action of backflow, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. The detection element can measure the secondary rotation precession frequency of the fluid to obtain good linearity over a wide range of flow rates. The signal is amplified, filtered, shaped and converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate by a preamplifier, and then sent to the microprocessor for integration processing along with temperature, pressure and other detection signals. Finally, the measurement results (instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, temperature, pressure and other data) are displayed on the LCD screen.

By adopting a new type of signal processing amplifier and unique filtering technology, the interference signals generated by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations are effectively eliminated, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the flowmeter and ensuring excellent stability for small flow rates.
4. The unique functions of time display and real-time data storage ensure that internal data will not be lost in any situation and can be permanently saved.
5. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply.
6. The anti-theft function is reliable, with password protection to prevent parameter changes.
7. The header can rotate 180 degrees freely, making installation convenient.
8. The converter can output frequency pulses, 4-20mA analog signals, and has an RS485 interface, which can be directly connected to a microcomputer for a transmission distance of up to 1200 meters.
9. The whole machine has low power consumption and can be powered by an internal battery or an external 24VDC power supply.
