Gas gas ratio tester

The ER series steam gas ratio measuring instrument is designed by Hubei Huayuan Technology Co., Ltd. for measuring the steam dry gas ratio of the converter section of the synthetic ammonia plant. Only three parameters, namely system pressure Ps, half water gas temperature at the outlet of the saturation tower, and hot water temperature Tm at the outlet of the Ts hot water tower, are needed to measure each key steam gas ratio.

The temperature Tm of the hot water at the outlet of the water tower can be used to measure the key steam to gas ratios.

Measurement of display parameters:

1) Change the ratio of steam to gas entering the furnace to R1.

2) The steam to gas ratio R2 generated by the addition of steam.

3) Total gas to air ratio R3.

Measure input parameters:

1) System pressure Ps;

2) Half water gas temperature Ts at the outlet of the saturation tower;

3) Hot water temperature Tm at the outlet of the hot water tower;
