Galvanized layer thickness testing instrumentIt is based on the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection for thickness measurement. The thickness measurement of steel pipe thickness gauge is achieved by the probe generating ultrasonic pulses that pass through the coupling agent and reach the measured object. A part of the ultrasonic signal is reflected by the bottom surface of the object, and the probe receives the echo reflected by the bottom surface of the measured object. The round-trip time of the ultrasonic wave is accurately calculated, and the thickness value is calculated according to the following formula, and then the calculation result is displayed. Any material that can propagate ultrasonic waves at a constant speed inside can be measured using this principle.
