Scope of application:
Flat label rewinding machine is an ideal industrial label automatic rewinding device. Mainly used for various operations of coiling into disc-shaped materials, such as printing, die-cutting, label semi-finished/finished product rewinding, counting, slitting, quality inspection, splicing and other functions
The basic components of this rewinder include: work platform, frame, unwinding roller, rewinding shaft, guide roller, electric eye frame, frequency converter, synchronizer, emergency stop switch, etc
The functional features of this rewinder are:
Label counting function: The unique electric eye device can automatically count the entire roll of labels, which is easy to operate and complies with the pharmaceutical GMP standard for the statistical regulations of remaining labels before storage after labeling. It quickly and easily realizes the rational management of remaining labels
Label slitting function: The label roll is accurately slitting driven by a pneumatic shaft, with smooth slitting effect, no snake shape, and easy operation
Label rewinding function: At the same time of slitting/counting, users can adjust the rewinding speed through a convenient and user-friendly rotary speed control switch, and can also stop the machine at will to remove non-conforming products or perform splicing operations
Label quality inspection: Operators can inspect the quality of finished products according to the instructions during label rewinding,
Improve product splicing function: Multiple rolls of labels can be spliced into a complete label roll during rewinding, which facilitates the storage and management of labels and improves the qualification rate
Spray coding function: Adding a spray coding device can synchronously print various text, patterns, dates, serial numbers, and other information on the label roll
