Scope of application:
This machine is a rewinding and inspection equipment with high precision and sensitivity. Suitable for fully automatic quality inspection of printed films, composite films, and roll paper products in roll form after printing, coating, and lamination. It can also be used for rewinding BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, PVC, and NY materials.

This unit adopts AC frequency conversion or servo drive technology, and the tension system is centrally controlled by PLC computer to complete the rewinding of the coil material. Configuring a touch human-machine interface enables digital management and control of the entire machine's execution actions, process flow, and process data, ensuring and significantly improving product quality and control accuracy. Practical and optimized mechanical structure design and control system interface, specially designed for cantilever rewinding structure, with a stable and reliable dual motor driven tension control system, suitable for the high-speed rewinding operation of narrow format coils.
