Dongguan Biqier is a professional vacuum pump maintenance service provider. Edwards' spiral rotor design provides pumping speed, which is part of an excellent thermal management system that can greatly improve pump performance and the service life of seals, bearings, and motors, ensuring that the pump has a long service life. Widely applicable to various applications, GXS pumps can be provided separately or together with high-speed Roots booster pumps to increase their capacity and ultimate vacuum. Long service life non oxidizing transmission oil can extend maintenance intervals to 5 years. The quick connect device interface can accelerate the installation and replacement speed of pumps, thereby improving the normal operation time of factories. 1、 Preparation before maintenance

Appearance inspection: Check whether the pump body is damaged. If there is any damage, record it and inform the user unit

Understand the working conditions: confirm the type of process used to determine the subsequent handling method

Fault diagnosis: Check if it is stuck - the relevant parts can be removed and tested by turning with a wrench. If it can be turned, it is not stuck; If it gets stuck, it should not be powered on to avoid burning the motor

Power confirmation: Confirm the voltage parameters based on the actual voltage of the unit being used

6、 Maintenance suggestions
