Low cost and sustainable performance
The innovative GVS single-stage oil sealed rotary vane pump is the choice for modern industrial applications due to its low noise level, high pumping speed, and excellent reliability. The pumping capacity range of GVS pump is 10 to 750 m3/h at 50 Hz, with a pressure of ≤ 8 X 10-2 mbar.
The rotor is installed eccentrically in the pump chamber (stator), with three slots inside the rotor where the rotor blades can slide freely. The rotary blade divides the internal space into three chambers. The volume of these chambers varies with the rotation of the rotor. The gas sucked into the intake chamber is compressed and then discharged through the exhaust valve. The oil sprayed into the intake chamber ensures the sealing, lubrication, and cooling effects of the pump. When entering the fuel tank, the oil is carried away by compressed gas and then roughly separated by gravity. Afterwards, the oil undergoes fine separation in the exhaust filter, with an oil loss of less than 1 ppm, far exceeding industry standards.
The GVS series pump is equipped with an anti backflow valve at the intake flange to prevent oil from returning to the intake pipeline when the pump stops. In addition, it is also equipped with a gas damper for extracting condensable vapor.
Extract non condensable gases
The GVS series pumps exhibit high reliability in applications containing non condensable gases when operated without the use of gas dampers. If the composition of the gas to be extracted is unknown and the condensate in the pump cannot be eliminated, the pump should be operated with the gas damper turned on.
