Overview of Fixed Composite Gas Detection Alarm MIC-600:
The MIC-600 series online composite gas detector is used for 24-hour continuous online monitoring of various gas concentrations on site, as well as temperature and humidity measurement. It provides on-site concentration display, optional sound and light alarms for exceeding standards, and remote signal transmission. Using a 2.5-inch high-definition color screen for real-time display, the main detection principles include gas sensors based on electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoionization, and high-precision capacitive digital temperature and humidity sensors from Switzerland. Excellent circuit design and mature kernel algorithm processing. MIC-600 is suitable for detecting gas concentrations in pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments; Gas leakage and high concentration single gas purity with various background gases such as nitrogen or oxygen. More than 500 types have been tested. The sturdy and durable explosion-proof shell and fluorocarbon paint surface treatment process are suitable for various hazardous locations and highly corrosive environments, and are wear-resistant.

Real time monitoring can be achieved through wired or wireless remote transmission, network transmission; Simultaneously output standard bus RS485 (modbus RTU) and 4-20mA standard signal; Optional frequency output of 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1-5V output, wireless transmission (2-5 kilometers or unlimited distance); Compatible with secondary instruments, data acquisition modules, PLC, DCS systems, and capable of driving related equipment. The optional MIC2000 controller can monitor 1000 detectors simultaneously.
