III Installation method

Place the sensor push rod on the top surface of the brake bolt, adjust the front and rear positions, and in the closed state, make the mechanical stroke about 5m (as shown in Figure 1, the output value of the connected sensor is 12mA, and as shown in Figure 2, the output value of the sensor is 3V). Then fix the sensor with a fastening nut. When connecting the three core aviation socket of the sensor to the three core on the virtual electrical connection, align the plug notch with the sub port of the socket to insert smoothly. If it is necessary to remove the connecting plug cable, compress the elastic clip of the aviation plug, and then remove it.

When measuring displacement gaps, try to use the middle section of the electrical stroke as much as possible.

3. The sensor can work immediately after being powered on. After preheating for 30 minutes, the output signal is stable. This sensor is a precision component, and manual disassembly, modification, and violent tapping are prohibited.
