Protection Function Description:

Overcharge protection: When the battery is in a charging state, the voltage continues to rise. When the protection board detects that the voltage of any battery cell is higher than the overcharge protection value, the protection board immediately starts timing. When the time reaches the overcharge protection delay, the protection board turns off the charging MOS tube, the charging is cut off, and charging cannot be performed at this time.

Overcharge protection recovery: After overvoltage protection occurs on the protection board, when the battery is in a static or discharged state, the battery voltage drops. When the protection board detects that the voltage of each section is lower than the overcharge protection recovery voltage, the protection board outputs a signal to turn on the charging MOS tube, and charging can be performed at this time.

Overdischarge protection: When the battery is in a discharged state, the voltage continuously decreases. When the protection board detects that the voltage of any battery cell is lower than the overdischarge protection value, the protection board immediately starts timing. When the time reaches the overdischarge protection delay, the protection board outputs a signal to turn off the discharge MOS transistor,

The discharge is cut off and the load locking circuit is working, so it cannot discharge at this time.

Overdischarge protection recovery: After the protection board has over discharge protection, the battery voltage continues to rise when it is in a static or discharged state. When the protection board detects that each section voltage is higher than the over discharge protection recovery voltage, the load is disconnected or charged again. The protection board outputs a signal to turn on the discharge MOS tube, and discharge can be carried out at this time.

Overcurrent protection: When the battery is in a static or discharging state and the current suddenly increases, the protection board detects that the current has reached the overcurrent protection value. At this time, the protection board starts timing. When the current duration in the circuit reaches the overcurrent protection delay time, the protection board outputs a signal to turn off the discharge MOS tube, and the load locking circuit works. At this time, the discharge cannot be carried out.

Overcurrent protection recovery: After the discharge overcurrent protection occurs on the protection board, the discharge MOS tube is turned off, and the current in the circuit becomes 0. At this time, the load is disconnected or charged, and the protection board outputs a signal to turn on the discharge MOS tube, which can discharge.
