1、 Overview:

With the development of society, people have increasingly high requirements for the safety and reliability of electricity use. 2、 Instrument features:

⑴. Suitable for SF6 switches, GIS composite electrical appliances, vacuum switches, oil switches, and vacuum contactors produced domestically and internationally (with single coil for electrical holding, and vacuum switch type for double coil contactors). At the same time, it can measure 12 metal contact fracture surfaces, 6 main fracture surfaces, and 6 auxiliary fracture surfaces. Once the circuit breaker is activated, data and waveforms such as time, bounce frequency and time, speed, coil current, and coil resistance are obtained. It has functions such as energy storage, automatic and manual low jump tests, circuit breaker life tests, and power lockout. Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer, it is convenient to print test data on site.

⑵ 7-inch color high brightness screen (adjustable brightness), clear and visible even when operated under the sun. Menu based operation, quick testing interface, one click operation, supports both Chinese and English input. The 12 channel fracture status is displayed in Chinese, with time, travel, speed, and waveform displayed on the same screen, without the need to flip pages to view data. Analyze the average speed of the specified section and mark it on the travel curve for easy viewing. Built in 21 conventional types of circuit breaker speed definitions, simply select the switch type and measure with one click.

⑶ Integrated operation power supply inside the machine, no need for on-site secondary power supply, easy and fast to use. It can provide adjustable power supply of DC20-270V, with a maximum instantaneous current of 30A. The unique dual circuit power supply design allows for testing of closing and opening with the other circuit if one circuit is damaged in the closing or opening control circuit.

⑷ Equipped with linear sensors, rotation sensors, and dedicated fixed multifunctional joints, the installation is extremely convenient and simple. Linear sensor with a length of 30-1000mm can be set arbitrarily, just equip the sensor, and the instrument does not need to be returned to the factory to change the program.

⑹ Equipped with USB and RS232 interfaces, data can be saved to a USB drive and uploaded to a computer for analysis, saving, and printing. The RS232 interface can be connected to a computer for online operation (optional function).
