Overview of GFS series sterilization device:
The GFS series powder particle sterilization device is a new sterilization device developed by Mr. Fan Bingxi, Chairman of Jiangsu Fanqun Drying Equipment Factory Co., Ltd., leading the company's engineering and technical personnel. It uses the temperature of superheated steam to kill harmful bacteria within 3-5 seconds, ensuring the safety of food and drugs and extending their storage time. After sterilization by this device, the food and drugs remain unchanged in taste, color, and effective ingredients. The successful application of this device is a major innovation in the sterilization industry.
At present, advanced countries such as Europe and America have begun to use and gradually phase out their existing sterilization devices. The device developed by Jiangsu Fanqun has completely independent intellectual property rights and has obtained national invention patents. Compared with Europe, the United States, and Japan, it has many innovative features and is in a leading position internationally.
The sterilization principle of GFS series sterilization device:
The Jiangsu Fanqun sterilization device uses superheated steam with a large heat source to kill Escherichia coli, general bacteria, and heat-resistant bacteria within 4-5 seconds, with almost no quality change.
The device consists of a superheated steam generator, feeding system, constant temperature pipeline heating system, sterilizer, cyclone separator, drying and cooling system, automatic control system, etc. The material enters the sterilization tube and kills harmful bacteria in the pipeline through superheated steam; After the material is discharged from the cyclone, it enters the drying and cooling section, and the finished product is discharged from the cyclone collector. The discharged material can be directly packaged. Overheated steam is circulated through a steam fan, resulting in significant energy-saving effects and good product quality.
Due to the short heating time, sterilization is carried out under the action of superheated steam, and under the condition of consistent temperature throughout the entire airflow pipeline, this sterilization device can ensure that the effective components of the material are not lost and various changes such as acidification are controlled to a minimum.
The Jiangsu Fanqun sterilization device has a wide operating range and is easy to use. Due to various processing conditions such as pressure and temperature that can be set arbitrarily, the operating range is wide and suitable for various industries.
The Jiangsu Fanqun sterilization device is easy to clean, using the original inlet as the cleaning water inlet to conveniently clean the pipeline. After cleaning, the machine can be dried by heating.
The Jiangsu Fanqun sterilization device saves energy, and the superheated steam is recycled for less heat loss. After the electric heating reaches the required temperature, very little compensation electricity is used, making it an energy-saving device with high automation and easy operation.
