Dry granulation is a relatively new production process. There are two forms of extrusion granulation: horizontal and vertical. The material is first compressed into sheets and then crushed into particles. Working principle

  The material is fed into the deaeration bin (mixer) by a hoist, and the deaeration screw presses the material into the feeder. The feeder forces the pressure roller to feed the material, and after squeezing the material, it becomes a sheet. The sheet material is then preliminarily crushed by the crushing system, and the crushed material is granulated by the granulator to form a mixture of particles and powder. Finally, the screening machine screens out the finished particles, and the particles larger than the finished product and fine powder return to the system for recycling and granulation.
