Purpose:The GCL system is suitable for low-voltage distribution systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 380V. It is used for power receiving, feeding, bus coupling, lighting, motor control, and power compensation. It includes the functions of a power center (PC) and a motor control center (MCC), and can be designed as a hybrid system of fixed cabinets and drawer cabinets to meet different power supply and distribution needs.
Structural features: 1. The cabinet is assembled with thin-walled special-shaped profiles, which have high strength, good performance, and light weight. The frame, door panels, and other components are electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder coating, with uniform coating, good insulation performance, and durability. In the MCC scheme, the interior of the cabinet is divided into five areas: horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, functional unit area, cable room, and neutral grounding busbar area. Each district is isolated from each other to ensure the normal operation of the line and effectively prevent the expansion of faults. 3. The functional unit adopts three types of structures: drawer structure, insertion structure, and fixed structure, which makes maintenance safe and convenient, and can shorten the time of power outages in accidents.
