Overview

The GCB/diatomaceous earth composite solid-phase extraction column is mainly used for the identification of oligosaccharides in honey. The high molecular weight sugars in the $r $n sample were enriched and concentrated using an activated carbon diatomaceous earth column, and then separated and detected using thin-layer chromatography. By comparing with pure honey containing a certain amount of maltooligosaccharides, the presence of oligosaccharides in honey can be determined.

GCB/Diatomaceous Earth Composite Solid Phase Extraction ColumnSometimes also known as honey specific solid-phase extraction column or honey specific column, the 6ml extraction column is filled with 200mg diatomaceous earth (bottom layer), 500mg graphitized carbon black (middle layer), and 200mg diatomaceous earth (top layer), 30 tubes/box, which can be used for the determination of oligosaccharides in honey according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
