Therefore, this system fundamentally solves the problem of difficult real-time online monitoring of the operating temperature of high-voltage equipment contacts. The wireless temperature monitoring system device has extremely high reliability and safety, and is relatively inexpensive. It can be directly installed on every high-voltage switch, bus joint, outdoor knife switch or transformer. The system is equipped with standard communication interfaces and can run online. Real time operating temperature data of high-voltage equipment can be recorded through the upper computer software. Accumulated data is provided for the maintenance of high-voltage equipment, realizing the prediction and maintenance of thermal faults in high-voltage equipment.

  • Master and slave system architectureThe GC-CW2000 temperature measurement system adopts a host and temperature measurement terminal architecture. The temperature measurement terminal installed on the high-voltage equipment transmits data wirelessly with the host, effectively solving the insulation problem between the host and high-voltage equipment. Installation and use are no longer limited by the structure, installation location, and usage environment of the switchgear, making installation very convenient.

  • Advanced temperature measurement methods:Traditional infrared temperature measurement is non-contact temperature measurement, which is susceptible to environmental and surrounding electromagnetic interference, greatly limiting its range of use. However, the GC-CW2000 wireless temperature measurement system uses a direct contact temperature measurement terminal, combined with wireless data transmission and acquisition, which can quickly and accurately measure temperature in high-pressure environments.

  • Reliable wireless data method:The GC-CW2000 wireless temperature measurement system uses 2.4GHz frequency wireless communication, which is different from ordinary low-frequency communication methods. It adopts multi-channel communication, with strong anti-interference ability and high reliability; Wireless communication at 433MHz frequency can also be chosen to provide customers with more choices.

  • Comprehensive host functions:The large LCD screen of the temperature measurement host can simultaneously display temperature data from 12 measurement points, battery voltage status, and communication status of the temperature measurement terminal; Equipped with temperature measurement alarm indication and over temperature relay alarm output function; Multi button direct data query, convenient for users to operate; The host also has RS485 communication interface function and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, which can easily form a larger range temperature monitoring system.

  • Fully equipped wireless temperature measurement terminal:The installation methods include strap style buckle installation and temperature measuring ring sleeve installation. The temperature measuring ring has multiple aperture specifications to meet contact applications with diameters ranging from 35mm to 109mm.

  • Battery free temperature measurement terminal:The wireless terminal with temperature measurement ring can be powered by high-performance long-life batteries or CT without batteries.
