Zhuhai Guoce Electric Energy Instrument Technology Co., Ltd
No. 4, Third Street, Cuizhu Industrial Zone, Qianshan, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province
| FEATURES |
The electricity meter adopts an original imported processor, which has low power consumption, high integration, fast operation speed, stability, and reliability; Adopting multi chip collaborative work, which means mutual cooperation and independence, and minimizing losses in case of failure;
The volume of the watch box is smaller, and the internal wiring is neat and orderly;
The power supply adopts an iron sheet transformer, which reduces the electromagnetic interference of the power supply on the weak current circuit, and the operation of the weak current circuit is more stable and reliable; Solved the problem of transformer detachment due to gravity during product transportation;
Add relay detection function inside the electricity meter, which can detect the status of the relay online through software. The software can judge the quality of the relay by itself, reducing the difficulty of customer service and ensuring the implementation of relay opening and closing actions;
The electric meter has a phase loss protection function. For three-phase users, if there is a phase loss caused by power supply phase loss or relay failure, it can automatically perform phase loss protection to ensure the safe operation of the user's three-phase equipment;
The incoming and outgoing lines of the electric meter use dedicated wiring terminals, which have stronger current carrying capacity and are more convenient for on-site construction;
The combination of single-phase 36 households or three-phase 12 households or less is easy to set the number of households. The number of single-phase and three-phase users can be directly set through software, which can be changed at any time without dismantling the meter or returning to the factory, as long as sufficient outgoing lines are ensured;
The pulse and communication interfaces of the electric meter use dedicated wiring terminals to avoid the problem of missing or missing accessories, which is more in line with the needs of engineering installation;
The communication circuit of the electric meter adopts an independent module. In case of lightning strikes or damage to the communication circuit, the communication module can be removed and replaced without replacing the motherboard;
The electric meter drive circuit adopts a dedicated chip, with a simple circuit, fewer fault points, strong anti-interference ability, and more reliable operation;
The current transformer in the electric meter adopts a dedicated transformer board, which is installed by welding and placed at the front end of the meter; Reliable connection, detachment from copper bars and relay contacts, to prevent the possibility of contact heating and burning the transformer;
The electricity meter adopts the standard DL/T 645-2007 communication protocol, which is open and compatible, making cooperation with system integrators more convenient;
Post payment (positive counting) function
The traditional mode is to use electricity first and pay later.
| Optional features |
Prepaid (Countdown) function (optional)
Users must purchase electricity first before using it, and there are various payment methods available for power outages due to overdue payments.
Multi functional (optional)
It has dual functions of multi rate and tiered electricity pricing. Ladder: 8 staircases, 8 electricity prices, two sets of staircases, supporting ladder switching; Multiple rates: 8 time zones, 8 time slot tables, and 8 time slots per time slot table.
Ladder function (optional)
Monthly electricity consumption can be divided into 8 tiers, with different unit prices (tiered electricity prices) set for each tier. The unit price of the tier where the user's electricity consumption reaches will be executed, that is, if the electricity consumption is low, the electricity price will be low, advocating for residents to save electricity.
Multi rate function (optional)
Dividing a year into 8 time zones, each time zone can be set with 8 time periods, corresponding to 8 rate unit prices, to achieve different billing rates for different time periods in different time zones, encouraging users to use electricity during low peak periods, and playing a guiding role in electricity consumption.
Monthly settlement function (optional)
You can set a monthly settlement date, execute monthly settlement based on the set monthly settlement date for multiple rates and tiered electricity prices, save the electricity consumption for the current month, and the corresponding electricity consumption for each rate.
Control function (optional)
There are relays inside that can control and monitor user electricity usage.
Detection function (optional)
There is a relay detection module inside, which can detect the user's electrical status and prevent damage to the user's equipment caused by phase loss.
Overload protection (current limiting) function (optional)
When the user's load exceeds the maximum allowable load, the user automatically loses power protection.
Power off automatic recovery function (optional)
After the user loses power protection, within the specified number of power outages, if the maximum power used by the user drops to the allowable range, the system can automatically restore power supply.
Low battery alarm function (optional)
The alarm power level can be set. When the user's power consumption is lower than the set value, the power display window of the meter will automatically flash or give a power-off prompt to the user.
Allow overdraft function (optional)
According to different user reputations, different allowed overdraft power can be set. If the set parameters are exceeded, power will be cut off due to overdue payments.
