Functional Features
1.1 Dynamic display function
(1) When the circuit breaker is closed, the red indicator light of the circuit breaker lights up

Hand cart position display

(3) When the handcart is between the working position and the experimental position, the handcart indicator lights and traffic lights flash simultaneously
(4) When the handcart is not inside the cabinet, the handcart indicator light does not light up
Grounding switch position display
(1) When the grounding switch is closed, the red indicator light of the grounding switch lights up
(2) When the grounding switch is opened, the grounding switch indicator light turns green
(3) When the action being operated violates the "anti misoperation interlock" with the grounding switch, the grounding switch indicator light and the corresponding indicator light of the switch being operated will flash simultaneously
Spring energy storage display
(1) When the energy storage contact is closed, the energy storage indicator light is on, indicating that the spring has stored energy
(2) When the energy storage contact is disconnected, the energy storage indicator light does not light up, indicating that the spring has not stored energy

(3) The circuit breaker and grounding knife are in the closed state. If the car is mistakenly pushed from the test position to the working position, the red lights of the circuit breaker and grounding knife will light up, the green lights of the circuit breaker, grounding knife, hand light, and green light will flash simultaneously, and there will be a prompt "Please disconnect the circuit breaker, please disconnect the grounding knife";
The high-voltage live display function of the device is suitable for systems ranging from 3-35KV, and is used in conjunction with sensors of corresponding voltage levels to display the live status of the main circuit. Can indicate charged, uncharged, and phase missing.
Note: This device comes standard with dual locking outputs, which operate synchronously.
1.4 Self checking function
This device has a self checking function to detect the reliability of high-voltage live indication and lockout circuits.
When the instrument is connected to the working power supply, if the self-test switch is pressed, regardless of whether the high-voltage circuit is live or not, the high-voltage live A, B, and C indicator lights should be on at the same time, the lock indicator light should be on (red light), and the unlock indicator light should be off (green light); The electromagnetic lockout relay is disconnected.
It can be equipped with 1-2 temperature and humidity digital controls, and users can set the upper and lower limits of heating/dehumidification/exhaust output according to their needs.
This device has over temperature alarm function and fault alarm function. The fault alarm function includes temperature and humidity sensor faults and heating wire breakage faults.
Overtemperature alarm function: When the temperature exceeds the alarm temperature, the alarm indicator light flashes (if the flashing frequency is 2 Hz, it means that both channels are overheated at the same time; if the flashing frequency is 1Hz, it means that channel A is overheated; if the flashing frequency is 0.5Hz, it means that channel B is overheated), and the "alarm output" connection on the back is closed.
Sensor malfunction alarm function: When a malfunction or disconnection of temperature and humidity sensor A (B) is detected, the malfunction A (B) indicator light will turn on.
Heating wire breakage fault alarm function: When a wire breakage is detected in heating A (B), the alarm A (B) indicator light will turn on and the "alarm output" contact on the back will close.
