I. Overview

GC-7890Ⅱportablegas chromatographAdopting electronic technology and a stable large volume suitcase (imported), it has the characteristics of load-bearing and good sealing. The instrument is composed of the following external components:

1Control switch and air circuit control section: located in the upper right corner of the instrument, including circuit switch, USB cable interface, pressure gauge, air inlet, etc. The electronic flow control system is located below.

2Circuit section: On the right side of the instrument, including the industrial computer, circuit board, etc.

3Host part: In the middle and right of the instrument, it includes the column box, detector, vaporization chamber, rear inlet device, and gas cut-off protection device.

4Gas cylinder: There is a gas cylinder position on the top of the instrument.

5There is an accessory package on the inner side of the top cover of the suitcase, including a wireless mouse, keyboard, instruction manual and commonly used accessories, encryption dog, etc.

2、 Detailed explanation

1Switch control part: divided into two parts: electrical switch and gas circuit control. The electrical part includes power sockets, power switches, network cable sockets, and two USB ports. The network cable socket can be connected to an external computer with a network cable, and the chromatography workstation can be operated on the computer (industrial control computer and external computer cannot be used simultaneously, only one can be turned on). The encryption dongle is plugged into a USB (for industrial computers), and when an external computer is working, the encryption dongle should be plugged into the computer. The flow rates of the balance gas and tail gas valves have been adjusted to approximately 30-35ml/min (if measuring the flow rate, a flow meter can be used to measure it at the thermal conductivity vent). Below is the electronic flow control part (EPC).

2The instrument has a gas cut-off protection function, and the main board circuit must be powered on before it can work (without affecting the operation of the industrial computer). The pneumatic switch has been adjusted, do not move it!

3Equipped with a rear door cooling function, the side aluminum cover needs to be opened to cool down. (with identification)

4Wireless keyboard and mouse are dedicated to special machines and cannot be mixed.

5There are several holes available for the gas cylinder fixing hook to choose from.

6The instrument lock has two functions:

① Close with a key, the cover cannot be opened without a key.

② The black handle can be closed or fixed, but the cover can be opened.
