Product Introduction

This machine uses xenon lamps as the light source to simulate the degree of erosion and damage to eyeglass lenses caused by solar ultraviolet radiation.

Compliant with standards:GBT39552.2, GBT14214 and other testing standards

Technical parameters:

One set of standard adjustable light source, configured for each workpieceA piece of B270 ultra white glass, which can filter out short waves below 310nm.

B270 ultra white glass is used in fields such as high stability to sunlight, high transmittance in the visible light range, high thermal and chemical properties, touch screens, optical components, etc.

According to different customer requirements, the required testing time isRanging from 50 to 72 hours. (The maximum total timing time for this device can be set to 99 hours)

This device can simultaneously place eyeglass lenses18 pieces (special lenses such as wind lenses require additional cost for fixtures). 10 pairs of finished glasses can be tested. The size of the lens holder can be adjusted from a lens diameter of 50 to 70.

    3. The transfer tray is made of 12mm thick aluminum plate, and the lens fixing seat is made of 2mm thick aluminum plate. All aluminum parts are treated with oxidation.

    The communication contactor adopts Nissan Fuji(FUJI brand, all relays are Nissan OMRON.
