1、 Equipment Overview:

We, Sunshine Yueda Technology Co., Ltd., have conducted temperature function protection tests on the charging interface in accordance with the latest standard GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles", including 9.4.2 AC Charging Interface Temperature Function Protection Test and 9.4.2 DC Vehicle Interface Temperature Protection Function Test, which meets the requirements of GB39752-2024 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Power Supply Equipment".

2、 Main testing requirements:

The temperature monitoring function of the DC vehicle interface should be tested as follows, and the testing devices for tests 1-5 are shown in Figure 7:

Experiment 1 Calibration Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), and the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current. After the temperature rise of the T1 and T1 sensors stabilizes, use the heating device to make the temperature of the T1 temperature sensor reach 105 ℃, and obtain the calibrated thermal fault power Pmin;

For electric vehicles with a maximum charging current greater than 16A, during the energy transfer phase, methods such as applying a heat source and modifying temperature sensor parameters are used to simulate interface temperature exceeding the over temperature protection action value. The electric vehicle should be checked to reduce power output or stop charging, and an alarm message should be issued.
