The user installed a T-shaped circular initial adhesion test plate made of stainless steel material in the lower fixture of the Labthink tensile testing machine, and clamped the tail of the prepared 24mm wide circular adhesive tape sample with the adhesive surface facing outward and both ends fastened by covering tape onto the upper fixture. Start the tensile testing machine, move the upper fixture downwards at a speed of 300mm/min, so that the middle part of the sample ring fully contacts the central 24mm × 24mm area of the T-shaped test plate, and maintain it for more than 3 seconds. Then, move the upper fixture upwards at the same speed.

The test result is the maximum tensile force required for the sample ring to detach from the test plate. At the same time, users need to observe the failure mode of the bonding between the sample ring and the test board to analyze the defects in the adhesive tape preparation process.
