G3 primary filter bag is suitable for filtering coarse dust in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
G3 initial effect filter bag characteristics:
Made of high-performance electrostatic filter material. Each edge of the G3 primary filter bag is fused with ultrasonic waves, which has good air tightness and bonding strength, and does not affect the filtration efficiency due to air leakage or rupture caused by high wind pressure. Each filter bag has six non-woven fabric separators that are evenly distributed in the bag width through ultrasonic bonding. In addition to having a uniform wind effect, the main function of these separators is to control the filter bag from excessive expansion and mutual shielding when subjected to wind pressure, thereby reducing the filtration area and effectiveness. There is no danger of old-fashioned glass fiber breakage and discomfort to the human body, no conditions for microbial growth, and a long service life, with high operating temperatures up to 80 ℃.
