Product Details

Function and Function of E+H Sensor

Sensors are suitable for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, slurries, sludge, powders, and solid blocks, maintenance free, and can also be used for flow measurement in open channels and measuring weirs. The measured value is not affected by dielectric constant, density, or humidity, and the self-cleaning function of the sensor can eliminate the influence of medium adhesion on the measurement. Suitable for explosive hazardous areas; Measurement range: Liquid 20m (65ft), Solid 10m (33ft)

A piezoresistive sensor is a device made by diffusing resistance on a semiconductor substrate based on the piezoresistive effect of the semiconductor material. The substrate can be directly used as a measuring sensing element, and the diffusion resistance is connected in the form of a bridge inside the substrate. When the substrate is deformed by external force, the resistance values will change, and the bridge will produce corresponding unbalanced output.

The substrate (or membrane) materials used as piezoresistive sensors are mainly silicon wafers and germanium wafers. Silicon piezoresistive sensors made of silicon wafers as sensitive materials are increasingly being valued, especially solid-state piezoresistive sensors used for measuring pressure and velocity.

Built in temperature sensor for travel time calibration. Even if the temperature changes, precise measurements can still be made

Sealed welded PVDF sensor for other corrosion resistance measurement applications

Suitable for continuous and non-contact level measurement of liquids, slurries, sludge, powders, and solid blocks; Flow measurement of open channels and measuring weirs. Measurement range: liquid: 20m, solid: 10m; suitable for hazardous areas; Other measurement ranges: FDU91/91F: Liquid 10m, Solid 5m; FDU93: Liquid 25m, Solid 15m; FDU95: Solid 45m; FDU96: Solid 70m

Suitable for use in harsh weather conditions, sensors and transmitters can be installed separately with a spacing of 300m between installations

The self-cleaning function of the sensor can reduce the formation of adhesion

Thermoelectric resistance sensors use the characteristic that the resistance value changes with temperature to measure temperature and temperature related parameters. In situations where high temperature detection accuracy is required, this type of sensor is more suitable. The more widely used thermal resistance materials are platinum, copper, nickel, etc. They have the characteristics of high temperature coefficient of resistance, good linearity, stable performance, wide temperature range of use, and easy processing. Used for measuring temperatures within the range of -200 ℃ to+500 ℃.

Built in automatic sensor detection, connected to level transmitters FMU90/FMU95, easy to debug
