EDS series HYDAC pressure switch body material

Pressure or liquid level can be set to start or stop according to one's own needs;

Four LED products with three units to choose from according to customer needs: Mpa, KG. F/CM2, PSI

High and low pressure or liquid level alarm points can be set and output to the control equipment through relays or optocouplers; Output dual relay (single pole double throw) switch quantity;

Two relays/two optocouplers/with 4-20mA/0-10V output selectable;

Adopting high-precision pressure sensors, with higher accuracy than mechanical pressure switches, less hysteresis, fast response, stable and reliable; Adjusting without dead zone, the relay action pressure point can be set arbitrarily within the entire range;

Using buttons to adjust action pressure, easy to use and more flexible; Protection level: IP65, suitable for use in harsh environments;

Range: -100Kpa to 200MPa;

After the setting is completed, press the SET button to automatically save the set values to the computer chip (if there is no button operation within 5 seconds after parameter modification, the current parameter settings will be automatically saved).

(4) Press the ON/OFF button again (corresponding to the running indicator light on), and the motor will start working.

2. Unit switching method: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and short press the increase button (▲) to switch units between MPa, Kg/cm, and PSI at will. After setting, turn on the running indicator light.

3. Zero position reset function: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and long press the decrease button (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero position error. After setting, turn on the running indicator light. (When using this function, the pressure switch must not apply pressure.)

Power supply voltage: 12~35V DC (24V DC calibration voltage)/AC 220V AC power supply

Output relay capacity: 380V 3A, 220V 5A, 24V DC 5A, etc

Accuracy: better than various parameters such as 0.0.5% FS and 1% FS

Setting range: Full range range range can be set
