4、 Installation, adjustment and use of rotary tablet press
1Installation and adjustment of stamping dies:

1.3Installation of Upward Punch: First, remove the tongue fitting, then insert the upward punch rod into the hole. 6Speed selection: The method of adjusting speed is relatively simple. Simply rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to increase the speed, and vice versa to decrease the speed. The key is the choice of speed, which has a direct impact on the machine's service life, tablet weight, and tablet quality. Due to the properties, viscosity, moisture content, particle size distribution, and sheet size of particles, as well as different pressures, a unified determination cannot be made and can only be made based on actual conditions and the experience of technical personnel. However, in general, if pressing materials with high mineral and plant fiber content, large diameter, and poor viscosity, it is advisable to use low pressure pressing.
