Fully automatic thickening and concentration filter

Fully automatic thickening and concentration filter(referred to as candle filter), a single machine integrates multiple tubular filter elements. When the filter element reaches a certain pressure difference after filtration, it is blown back to remove the filter cake, and the filter element can be reused. TF filters have outstanding features such as wide applicability, closed operation, multifunctionality, large filtration area, strong pollutant holding capacity, easy backwashing of filter cake, and automated operation. TF filters have five functions: direct filtration, pre coating filtration, slurry concentration, filter cake recovery, and filter cake washing. They are suitable for various special filtration occasions such as high impurity content, viscous liquids, high precision, and high temperature. The system usually consists of one in use and one backup continuous filtration. Multiple TF filters can be integrated into a large filtration system controlled by PLC, which automatically executes pre coating, filtration, slag removal, cleaning and other programs.
