The main structure of the calorimeter:
The main components of the calorimeter include: outer shell, outer cylinder, inner cylinder, stirrer, oxygen bomb, etc.
(1) The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and both the inner and outer layers are coated with spray technology.
(2) The calorimeter outer cylinder is a double-layer sleeve made of stainless steel. The circulating water pump can adjust the water temperature evenly. The cylinder wall has inlet, outlet, and overflow ports for easy adjustment of water temperature and level.
(3) The inner cylinder is a stainless steel container with an elliptical cross-section, polished on the surface to reduce heat radiation and heat exchange.
(4) The mixer is composed of a micro motor, a mixing shaft, and a slurry, and is fixed on the cover.
(5) The oxygen bomb is made of special stainless steel and passes the 20Mpa water pressure inspection before leaving the factory.
